The first five I very much agree with, although for the last two I use the marginally better (to me) tools:
Seesmic Desktop in place of TweetDeck
TeamViewer in place of Yuuguu
But it’s all a matter of taste, personal preferences and productivity… so, YMMV and all that.

Seesmic Desktop certainly looked really cool the last time I looked at it.
I have not used TeamViewer before, so I will now check it out, as Yuuguu was ok, but not perfect
