Follow up question: what about when the tasks you have to do are not that exciting but the boring mundane stuff we have to do? Its quite common to distract themselves every so often by watching Youtube, taking a walk etc etc while doing these tasks so they don't lose their psyche overall. I have been using a notebook for jotting down ideas. I haven' t used it this way yet. I usually just tell myself what needs to be done and try to remember it.
