You can create a special page on your blog and create some kind of a schedule for when your live shows are. And the other great thing about ustream.tv is that you can record your shows. So, once you're done with your show, you simply add the embed code for that recorded show on your normal blog posts, and then you have some nice and easy content for future visitors to your blog.
