Good stuff again… I think persistence really is the ultimate secret to success in general, and especially online where you always come across some obstacle that you haven’t crossed yet and you have to decide whether to grin and go through with it or… give in.
You hooked me with the thing about bars…darn Internet marketer with your marketing tactics My guess is since so many people who go to bars are men, they feel more comfortable and less intimidated by a friendly man than a beautiful woman and so will buy more as they “have a chat” with the bartender.
That is very very true, the longer you stick to something the more subtle and deeper your understanding of that area. So, now that this series is done, what’s next? Looking forward to it………..
My take on the bar thing (as a woman) is that gorgeous bartender attracts gorgeous women into the bar – every girl likes someone nice to chat to. Then all those gorgeous girls attract the (not so gorgeous?) men. Plus you get the gay vote as well. Et Voila! a bar full of gorgeous people!
That’s exactly the right answer (according to the man that Rich Schefren interviewed).
It’s a little counter intuitive isn’t it? Very similar to having success online – very different to what most people “think” it’s about.
A small example is the concept of giving things away for free. In the real world, most people seem to squirm at giving their knowledge away for free, and demand that they should be paid for every single bit of advice they give away.
Of course, for online success, the more you give away for free, the money you make – it’s as simple as that!
